Parents, 

For those of you incurring issues with submitting the Socioeconomic Form due to not being able to enter your first name, a resolution has been found. The Name and Phone number fields are currently editable to allow you to proceed. 

Typically, all of that information would prepopulate for you.  It's not because you are sharing an email address with another guardian.  For the future, we encourage all guardians to have their own individual email addresses on file so that each guardian can have their own parent portal account, which will help to eliminate this problem in the future.
